I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to the truth beneath the conditioning, the masks, the fear, the perfomance, and the survival patterns that taught us to abandon ourselves to be loved.
I believe transformation is alchemical.
Not instant, Not linear.
not aesthetic perfection pretending to be wholeness.
Real transformation asks us to descend into the parts we were taught to exile - shame, grief, rage, fear, longing, sensuality, power - and meet them with awareness instead of avoidance.
This work is not about spiritual performance. It is not about bypassing pain with positivity. It is not about becoming "high vibration" enough to escape being human.
It is about embodiment.
Honesty.
Integrity between the inner world and outer expression.
